When the world feels loud, comfort is close 🐾

We breathe. We settle. Our rhythms soften — together.

Exhale & Paws offers guided dog meditations designed to calm your nervous system

one soft exhale at a time — with the one who is always waiting for you to arrive.

Dogs often respond to our breath, tone, and body language.

This meditation helps you slow down first, creating a softer space for both of you.

🤍🐾

Hi, I'm Alina. And if I'm being honest, Exhale & Paws didn't begin as a business idea — it began as a way

to help myself heal.

I'm a Pilates instructor, integrative yoga and somatic movement specialist — with years of experience teaching rehabilitative Pilates at a doctor's office and some of the top wellness resorts in Miami. I have a deep understanding of how the nervous system responds to pain, anxiety, stress, and trauma — and how the right movement can change all of it. I love to teach people how

to feel safe, strong, and at home in their bodies again.

I used to feel that way too — safe, strong, and at home in my body.

Until one cloudy morning, the day God gave my husband and me

a second chance at life. Although, it didn't feel that way at first.

While on vacation, a drunk driver struck my husband Bernie as we jogged together on the sidewalk. It's a miracle we are alive. Life became smaller. We couldn't run. We couldn't move the way we used to. For a while, we couldn't feel fully safe in the world.

Then Bachelor came into our lives.

He taught us how to walk outside and feel safe again.

Slowly. Together. One small step and exhale at a time.

A year later I started having recurring anaphylactic attacks and was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

And Bachelor and I trained together — under one of the only specialists in the country for MCAS detection — and

he became my medical alert service dog too.

___________

He wasn't just helping us heal. He was preparing for it all along.

And that's when I truly understood — not from a textbook, not from a certification — that your dog is not just comfort.

They can teach your nervous system to find safety again. When you reach for them before you reach for anything else — before your phone, before a pill, before a breath — your nervous system already knows something your mind is still catching up to.

Years of somatic movement teaching and training

taught me one thing above everything else: the body

already knows how to heal. It just needs to remember

it's safe enough to try.

Exhale & Paws is where that knowledge lives — and

where Bachelor taught me the rest.

Sometimes healing begins with the ones who help your body remember

it's safe to exhale...

Begin with the free 7-minute meditation — a gentle first step to help you and your dog settle together.
